Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Workplace Associate to keep our office running seamlessly and elevate the experience for our team and guests. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day hospitality—anticipating needs before they arise, keeping our spaces pristine, and maintaining an inviting, high-standard environment. Must have experience working in the hospitatlity or restaurant industry.
salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Anticipating needs instead of waiting for instructions
- Noticing when coffee or refreshments need replenishing
- Setting tables quickly and consistently
- Working effectively under time pressure
- Clearing and resetting rooms immediately after meetings
- Paying attention to presentation and the guest experience
- Multitasking while remaining visible but unobtrusive
